That room 322 was a nightmare to sleep, laud noise, looks a mechanical equipment, every few minutes in and out.

The room was nice enough and the bed was big and very comfortable. All the staff we came across - in hotel reception, at the leisure facilities and in the breakfast room were all extremely nice and helpful
There was no fridge in the room and the decor was starting to look a little tired and dated. The pool and changing rooms were also fine but in need of updating

Lovely surroundings, great variety for breakfast, we had Sunday carvery aswell and that was lovely, there was 14 of us and everyone enjoyed there food
Beers and lagers quite reasonable price. wines, spirits, liquor coffee were EXTORTIONATE. Also the room Was (lovely) but quite basic! not what I was expecting with the house being so old and beautiful, similar to the premier inn.

Location.
The water went off in Kelletts and my entire could not shower or flush the toilets. I reported it to reception as I needed to get ready to attend a meeting and all the young lady at the reception desk could say was sorry about that. My family and I went unshowered until we got home 5 hrs later. I have NEVER had that experience in my life.

surprise upgrade to penthouse no idea why me and my friend so lucky but it was lovely , excellent food in restaurant and at breakfast, staff chatty smiley and helpful, lovely pool and facilities of sauna and steam room
