Reception staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We booked a Superior Family Room with 2 double beds. The room was lovely and had a small balcony area (ground floor) so would be good for those with dogs. Might take mine in the future as was very dog friendly.
Breakfast was good but staff could emphasise that further choices are available on request.

Reception staff could wait to get rid of you and didn't give enough information. The restaurant was a letdown. Food was very underpar for the price charged. So much so we ate out for our second and third night there.

I have paid for my room before I arrived and at the reception surprisingly asked to pay £50 which was not mentioned anywhere, they said it will go back to my account after 48 hours of checking out. All of a sudden they charged me £17 ! I asked why and they have been saying all the different excuses about it!! Like the room rate was different and they changed me wrongly it should have been more! ( I booked the room a month before arrival and paid 2 weeks before arrival) and after because I had an extra adult with me which isn't true, then extra breakfast which isn't true either! A huge disappointment as first I never know they will charge me £17 which they shouldn't and second of all to tell different stories about why I have been charged!! No refund just being ignored now!
Please be alert about it!! I don't want no one to experience the same!

The cleanliness in the bathroom of the room was below what I would expect with previous guest hair on the floor and around the toilet. The wall next to the shower was bubbling due to damp and paint and wall was falling onto the floor.
The cleanliness in the changing room area for the pool could be better.
Noise from other rooms wasn’t great
Service in the restaurant for breakfast was poor, we ended up helping ourselves to tea/coffee as otherwise we wouldn’t have got any.

There for a wedding. Friendly and attentive staff. Pool / spa area was good, proximity to gold course and driving range excellent. Would he great for a golf weekend. Bar and lounge area was nice.
Rooms were a little antiquated and had no air conditioning.
